Amazing and breathtaking views.

Amazing and breathtaking views. The beach front loft was spacious and always clean. The staff on site were absolutely amazing and made the trip very memorable.

Bathrooms were a little outdated.

What was the highlight of El Nido Cove Resort

It didn't meet our expectations.

There was a free shuttle to nearby Lio Beach. The hotel itself was quiet and peaceful.

This room was not a good value considering the price point and amenities provided. The rooms were much darker than what I expected from looking at the website. The hotel was quite far out from the city center. The internet was VERY slow and staff had a hard time helping us to secure a room for the following night. I would recommend staying instead at one of the hotels on Lio Beach (where we transferred to). The hotels there are nicer, cheaper and provide a free shuttle every hour into town.

Needs a lot of improvement

John was nice and accomodating and we can see he is very hard working.

At the airport names was not listed for pick-up At the hotel needed time to check for booking Requested for early check-in and a special request if they can make the room a little special for our honeymoon No fridge, water, tea or coffee, no phone for room service or emergency No amenities like toothbrush or even door floor towel Safe is not working properly Hot shower is sometimes working and most of the time not working Water is very low Only few staff around No staff can be found when we reach the hotel the first night for some inquiries Ventilation of the hotel is not good

View and relaxing sunset with the wonderful staff!

From the start the staff are very nice and helpful. The food is quite nice as we got some nice Filipino food on breakfast buffet. The set dine is nice and worth the price as per serving. I want to mention the name of the staff here but I am afraid to get it wrong... They know who are they... The beach view and the sunset and pool is awesome!

The Room, has no WiFi, there is no service phone line as well. The bathroom, toilet bowl is clogged which make us very uncomfortable.

Not worth the money

The staff i guess, they were accomodating and booked our island hopping on the day.

It was very very far, motorcycle is expensive to go there, breakfast was ordinary, one time, the towel we had was tattered, room was ok.

Only the night swim at the pool and the staff were very nice and kind. Food was ok.

Rooms in bad shape and not justifies the cost. It’s not a resort by any definition. On some nights we couldn’t sleep because a squirrel was stuck in the roof. One of the days the floor of the shower was full with dead ants and you can’t call the reception because there are no telephone in the rooms. Every time you need something you have to go the reception or find someone from the staff. The pull bar isn’t always manned so you need to look for the staff,noticed also that they leave everything till next day or evening and never clean after and in one of evenings I saw a rat on the bar. It’s far from the city, every time we needed to go there it’s 300 peso for one direction ( 30 min drive). There is a free transfer to Lio beach (that is close to the Cove) but it only till 16:30. So if you want to have dinner you need to pay for transfer.

Great location and views.

Great location and views. They offered free use of their kayaks which was an unexpected perk, always happy to organise transfers to other beaches, very welcoming and super friendly.

Wifi range wasn’t great but they still had it!

Almost sea activities such diving, island hopping etc. are on site cash payment, and transportation too going town. The commuter fee was ripped off.fee is vary. its common in resort, but need resort owned commuter, I think. The resort may obtain better reputation. Hopefully, you should have hotel charged activity.

What was the highlight of El Nido Cove Resort

Home in El Nido with the pool, beach and garden to ourselves

- Location is ideal for those who do not want the noise, crowd and rowdiness of town (nor Lio beach's). - Staying there was like being home with personalized services (kitchen and housekeeping), our own pool, beach and dining area. We were even allowed to order a dish not in the menu! - seafood chowder (had it 2 nights in a row) - Private dinner set up was excellent! - Security was really tight (even better than sister Lio properties)! - Free shuttle to Lio - Short distance from Lio Airport - Cordial services of Thesa, Ritchelle, Arnel, Dainsy, Rodel, Luie, Edzel and Jhon!

- Bathroom fixtures need updating. - Not much choice in juices for breakfast - Tours became confusing since they booked us with an agency different from their usual contact. Apparently, management wants to utilize the tour operator that has an office in Casa Kalaw instead of the one they often booked with. It turned out that arrangements and rates were different from the standard offer. Best if they stick with the operator they have had experience dealing with. - Expensive transportation fee to and from town

Go here for the private beach experience and the hospitality.

The staff were extremely helpful and polite. Private beach, calm, peaceful amidst the nature. The dining area is beautiful overlooking the sea. Many rooms have this view. Clean pool. Beautiful property.

Very expensive but lacks facilities like a phone for room service, kettle, water bottles, fridge, tables etc. Very far from city. You're pretty much stuck at the property as there's nothing around except the beach. Breakfast buffet did not have many options.
